General Insurance Requirements
Before Your Event or Service Begins
A Certificate of Insurance must be provided before services are performed or the event takes place.

I. Workers’ Compensation Insurance
Statutory Workers Compensation coverage and Employer’s Liability coverage shall be provided. The Contractor shall provide coverage for all employees, subcontractors and independent contractors.

II. General Liability Insurance
The Contractor shall maintain General Liability Insurance covering all operations under this Agreement, including contractual liability and products and completed operations coverage, and including Property Damage and Bodily Injury coverage.

III. Automobile Liability Insurance
The Contractor shall maintain Automobile Liability Insurance covering all owned, hired and non-owned vehicles used in performing services under this Agreement.

IV. Additional Insurance Conditions
- Riverland Community College and the State of 星空无限传媒, 星空无限传媒 State Colleges and Universities, its Board of Trustees, officers and employees must be named as Additional Insureds on all General Liability policies.
- A Waiver of Subrogation must be provided in favor of Riverland Community College and the State of 星空无限传媒, 星空无限传媒 State Colleges and Universities, its Board of Trustees, officers and employees on all applicable policies.
- General Liability policies shall be primary and non-contributory to any insurance maintained by Riverland Community College and the State of 星空无限传媒, 星空无限传媒 State Colleges and Universities, its Board of Trustees, officers and employees.
- Insurance policies shall not be canceled or materially changed without thirty (30) days prior written notice to Riverland Community College.
- All insurance shall be maintained for the duration of the Agreement and, when applicable, for the period of completed operations.

Event Insurance Information
Some events held on Riverland campuses may require event insurance coverage. Riverland partners with Tulip, a program administered by Arthur J. Gallagher, to provide access to short-term special event insurance for individuals or organizations hosting events on campus.
Tulip offers policies designed for event hosts and provides coverage options that may help meet Riverland’s insurance requirements.
