Farm Business Management
Riverland’s Farm Business Management programs help farmers and agricultural professionals strengthen the financial and business side of their operation. Whether you are just getting started or running an established farm, there is a path for every stage, from short certificates to the full diploma.
You work one-on-one with an experienced instructor who comes to your operation, reviews your books, and helps you solve real challenges, with family members welcome to take part. Riverland supports about 450 farm families through Farm Business Management, one of the college’s strongest programs.
The diploma
The full credential, and an ongoing partnership rather than a one-time course. You complete yearly business analyses that guide real decisions on production, expenses, and long-term planning, on a schedule that fits farm life through a mix of on-farm visits and classroom learning. Instructors are members of the National Farm and Ranch Business Management Education Association.
